30 days to return and exchange
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.

Continental US & Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO address
PURCHASED FROM OTHER RETAILERS
WOWCube® system products purchased through any other retailer must be returned in accordance with that retailer's respective return policy.
How To Return
Send an email
To initiate a return, please contact [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid return label (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
REVIEW & REFUND
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label and a Return Confirmation Form—please include it with your shipment. After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the transaction.
