The WOWCube® System may well have important applications in the rehabilitation science field

Thinking and fine hand motor skills are both involved in games obviously connected to mental activity. Most of the studies we have found respond positively to the development of children or adults who constantly play such puzzles.

The WOWCube® System is based on the same principles as a traditional puzzle cube. The difference in the WOWCube® System is that the virtual gameplay is controlled by physically tilting, twisting, and shaking the device. We assume that it could have the same effect as the traditional 3D puzzles with the motor to brain development.

To confirm our ideas the WOWCube® System team met with an expert.

The WOWCube® System was demonstrated to Michael G Wade, Ph.D., Professor, Motor Learning/Motor Development in School of Kinesiology, University of Minnesota

After the doctor had some time to review our device he shared his opinion with us:

“The WOWCUBE, a Rubik’s cube iteration, is both entertaining yet demands and encourages strategic thinking. This suggests it may well have important applications in the rehabilitation science field”.
