1. Definitions

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions will be used.

Discount Code means the code received by the Referred Friend

Product means WOWCube Entertainment System

Advocate means the person who sends the Referral Link. An Advocate must be above the age of 18.

Referred Friend means the person who receives the Referral Link. A Referred Friend is any person above the age of 18.

Referral Link means a hyperlink provided to the Referred Friend, redirecting to the WOWCube Discount Code.

Referral Terms means these Terms and Conditions, including updates, alterations and possible appendices, published on the WOWCube website.

Webshop means our online shop section where you can acquire information about our Products and purchase them: https://wowcube.com/buy

Website means our website: https://wowcube.com

You means the Advocate and/or the Referred Friend, as applicable.

1.2 Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the WOWCube Terms and Conditions as published on our webpage.

2. Scope of Applicatio

2.1 The WOWCube Referral Program allows an Advocate to introduce friends, family or acquaintances (‘Referred Friend’) to WOWCube.

2.2 By participating or attempting to participate in the Referral Program:

You accept and agree that You, as an Advocate or Referred Friend, are bound by these Referral Terms; and You acknowledge that You have read and understood the information concerning the WOWCube Privacy and Cookie Policy.

2.3 By purchasing or attempting to purchase a WOWCube product:

You accept and agree that You, as a Referred Friend, are bound by the WOWCube Terms and Conditions of Purchase as made available on Our Website; and You acknowledge that You have read and understood the information concerning the WOWCube Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

3. Referrer

3.1 WOWCube offers a fifty (50) dollars discount and 50 CC$* bonus on any new pre-order to Reffered friend. * What is CubiCoin (or CC$), and what's its value? CubiCoin is a kind of "in-game currency", akin to arcade tokens, or airline miles, or reward bonus points. For convenience, we set the value of 1 CC$ at 1 US dollar parity, but they are not bound to stay necessarily equal. Besides, when Gift Cards are sold in the countries using different currency, exchange rates and fees may affect CubiCoin value. In the future, CubiCoin value may change, and/or the rules for its circulation may change; if this happens, we will notify our account owners through appropriate means.

3.2 You will get:

50 CC$ with any friend's pre-order

Free WOWCube system with each 3 purchased friends' Cubes

Your free cube will be sent to production with a batch along with your friends' orders.

3.3 There is no limit to the amount of times the Advocate can repeat the referral process. Only one discount code per order is allowed.

3.4 The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer has to be a new customer who has never purchased from WOWCube before. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals.

4. Referral Links

4.1 The Advocate can share the link by using the social media buttons made available on the Website or by any other personal means.

4.2 Through the unique link, the Referred Friend will receive a Discount Code that can be redeemed in the WOWCube Webshop upon the purchase of any WOWCube pack.

4.3 Referral Links should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral Links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal contacts.

5. Use of the Discount Code

5.1 The Discount Code can only be redeemed in the WOWCube Webshop.

5.2 WOWCube will only provide the discount in electronic form using a Discount Code.

5.3 The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales promotions or programs.

5.4 The discount will be offered in US Dollars ($) only.

5.5 In no case may any of these discount codes be exchanged for the monetary value of the Discount Code.

5.6 When purchasing the Product with the Referred Friend Discount Code, the general Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply.

6. Terms of Validity

6.1 Discount codes are for one-time use and expire one (1) months from the date of receipt.

6.2 In the event that the Referred Friend or Advocate receives multiple referral links, only one Referral Link can be used per transaction.

7. Privacy and Data protection

7.1 Any personal details provided in connection with the Referral Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is important that You carefully read and understand this information.

8. Right to termination

8.1 WOWCube can terminate the Referral Program or a person’s ability to participate at any time for any reason and without notice.

8.2 WOWCube reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel the Discount Code or refuse a transaction if we notice any activity We believe fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if We have reason to assume You are in breach of these Referral Terms.

8.3 WOWCube reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 WOWCube accepts no liability for loss, theft, destruction or improper use of the Discount Code, unless this is the result of negligence on the part of WOWCUbe.

9.2 Without prejudice to the conditions of this agreement, WOWCube’s liability towards You is limited to the amount of the Discount Code.

9.3 Nothing in this agreement serves to exclude or limit liability for:

death or personal injury due to negligence;

deliberate deception or fraud;

any other form of liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Severability

10.1 In the event that any provision of these Referral Terms is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In such a case, the Parties shall endeavor in good faith to modify the invalid or unenforceable article or to agree on a new article that is valid and enforceable.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 WOWCube reserves the right to, at all times, amend these Referral Terms by publishing an amended version on the WOWCube website.

11.2 You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Referral Terms. If You do not agree to any revised version of these Referral Terms, Your sole recourse is to stop Your participation in the Referral Program.

11.3 Except as otherwise expressly stated by Us, participation in the Referral Program is subject to, and constitutes Your acceptance of, the version of these Referral Terms in effect at the time of Your participation in the Referral Program.

12. Disputes

Any disputes under the present Agreement are to be arbitrated or litigated only in the State of Florida according to its applicable rules, substantive laws and procedures.
