RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact [email protected] for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid label (if offered). Items returned without an RMA will be refused.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time. If more than 7 business days pass after our approval, contact [email protected].

Pre‑Orders
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before we send a shipping confirmation. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Where allowed by law, we may deduct non-refundable payment processing fees charged by your payment provider.
Once your pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
International Orders (excluding USA)
Duties, taxes, brokerage, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by us.
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import charges, and the item is returned to us, we may issue a refund for the product price minus:
1. Outbound and return shipping costs;
2. Any customs or carrier fees charged;
3. Non-refundable payment processing fees, where permitted by law.
