In view of the recent events in the Eastern Europe, Cubios, Inc. wants to reassure its investors, friends and collaborators on several points:

• Cubios Inc was conceived as a California corporation, and later merged into a Delaware corporation as part of its transformational growth.
• Its leadership team is composed exclusively of the U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
• Our Board members reside permanently in California and Florida,
• CEO and CTO in Florida, Chief Legal Counsel in Minnesota, CFO and VP of Marketing in California, key Marketing team members - in Arizona.
• Contract engineers are based in California, Australia, Portugal, Hong Kong and Shenzhen (China).

In recent days we offered all our team members located in Russia or Ukraine assistance and support in relocation. To our knowledge, several of them have left the region already or are in the process of moving to Mexico, Israel, Turkey, Georgia and the Montenegro (all NATO or EU members or closely integrated with the Western security policies). All the technical and marketing team members are continuously available online and continue their normal operations.

Cubios never accepted any funds from, no maintained any connections to, any arm of the government of the Russian Federation, its armed forces or security apparatus. We value our many family, cultural and business connections to the people and country of Ukraine who were viciously attacked.
