Shipping update

Shipping status update.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the significant delay in the delivery and the lack of updates. We know how eager our customers are to receive the Cubes and we share in your frustration.

We have been waiting for the Cubes to be shipped for several weeks now and we are finally in a position to tell that the first batch has been shipped to the USA. We are grateful for our customers’ unwavering support and it's an exciting time for us as we transition from a prototype online to a tangible product on the market.

However, bringing the WOWCube to market is a complex process and we faced some unexpected hurdles along the way.

Our delivery partner unexpectedly asked for additional documents, causing the cubes to be held up in Hong Kong.

As we previously announced, we will start shipping in January 2023 and the shipment will be organized by several batches.

We are doing all we can to resolve these issues and we have delivered a small batch of Cubes to the USA for our early adopters.

Despite encountering some minor issues, such as a lack of manuals and problems with our shipping payment system, we are grateful for the help of our early adopters in fixing these problems and improving the WOWCube system. Their feedback has been instrumental in helping us identify and resolve some unexpected bugs and issues.

We would like to update you on the current delivery status:

The first batch of Cubes has been shipped from Hong Kong to the USA.

We expect the delivery to arrive by the end of the week, but we cannot guarantee this due to previous delays.

Once the shipment has arrived in the USA, we will start collecting shipping payments.

We are working with our international logistics partner to begin shipping as soon as possible.

Our customers will receive an email with the shipping cost and next steps once we have confirmed the readiness of our logistics partner.

However, some of our purchasers have to wait longer as we are still awaiting components to complete the manufacturing process.

We understand that this wait has been difficult, and we value our customers' support and patience. All of our team is working hard to begin shipping as soon as possible.
