In respect of International Women’s Day, we would like to tell you about women developers in our WOW team.

Lara is a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer and is engaged in writing autotests, improving and supporting continuous integration (CI).

“There is a story from my childhood”, said Lara. “When mom was picking me up from school, she saw a drawn A on my palm. She asked me where it came from.

I said that I solved the mathematical task better than anyone else in the class and decided to be a great mathematician.” This is how my love for science was born.

Lara graduated with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. She wrote autotests in various languages: Python, Java, and Kotlin. Her experience as an autotester totals to 11 years now.

Lara joined WOW Team in 2021. She is responsible for autotests and manual testing for CubiOS platform, Web, SDK, iOS & Android apps with the entire team led by Andrew, a genius QA engineer. Autotests are essential for checking the installed critical software and hardware systems. CI improvement is also on the plate for Lara, while other girls work mainly in the testing team. Cubios is also proud to have Anna, a 21 year-old game developer who is actively using our SDK, but that’s a different story and we will share it soon.
